Regardless of prior experience, all new Reformer clients begin with a 75 minute first session, included in this will be a 15 minute induction. This ensures you are able to use our Merrithew Reformers comfortably and confidently and helps you to move safely and maximise the safety of every movement whilst on the carriage from the very first session.

NEXT STEPS

After completing the Awakening session clients with prior experience of Reformers may, if they wish, book the Evolve Reformer sessions.

REFORMER PACKAGES

INTRODUCTORY OFFER - £55

New clients begin with a 75 minute Awakening session, this includes a 15 minute personal induction, plus two additional sessions to continue your practice. Clients with prior experience of the Reformer can choose to progress to Evolve sessions after having completed the initial Awakening session.

Perfect for trying a class or fitting Reformer around your schedule

5 SESSION PACK - £100 (£20 per session)

Personalised sessions tailored just for you. Perfect for refining technique, progressing safely, or focusing on specific goals such as strength, rehabilitation or pre/post natal support. These sessions are ideal for those seeking the most personalised and focused Reformer or Mat Pilates experience

Sessions cancelled less than 12 hours before scheduled session time are non refundable and will forfeit the session credit.
